The HSP Deluxe Max Air Flow Bundle is an all-in-one airflow, cooling, and engine bay upgrade for 2001-2004 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra trucks equipped with the LB7 Duramax engine.

Designed to replace and upgrade nearly every major airflow-related component, this comprehensive bundle improves intake airflow, charge-air flow, exhaust flow, cooling-system reliability, engine sound, performance, and under-hood appearance.

What Is the HSP Deluxe Max Air Flow Bundle?
The HSP Deluxe Max Air Flow Bundle includes a Hot Side Intercooler Tube, Factory-Style Cold Side Tube, Cold Air Intake, Max Flow Turbo Inlet Horn, Billet Thermostat Housing Kit, Replacement Up-Pipes, and Factory Replacement Coolant Tank.

Together, these components reduce airflow restrictions, improve cooling-system durability, eliminate several common factory failure points, and provide a clean, coordinated appearance throughout the engine bay.

Hot Side Intercooler Tube
The HSP Hot Side Intercooler Tube is manufactured from 3-inch mandrel-bent tubing and can provide up to 40% more airflow than the factory-style piping. Smooth, sweeping bends help reduce turbulence and restriction throughout the charge-air system.

A straight-style connection at the intercooler replaces the failure-prone factory lower intercooler boot configuration, creating a stronger and more reliable connection.

Max Flow Turbo Inlet Horn
The factory LB7 turbo inlet horn is a major restriction point in the intake system. The HSP Max Flow Turbo Inlet Horn features a smooth 3.5-inch design that improves airflow into the factory turbocharger while providing a cleaner and more refined appearance.

When combined with the included Cold Air Intake and upgraded intercooler piping, the inlet horn helps improve throttle response, turbo sound, and overall performance.

Billet Thermostat Housing Kit
The HSP Billet Thermostat Housing Kit relocates the coolant hose that normally runs over the driver's-side valve cover. This opens up the engine bay, improves access to surrounding components, and provides additional room for high-pressure fuel pump upgrades.

The billet construction also delivers a cleaner and more durable replacement for the factory-style thermostat housing components.

Factory-Style Cold Side Tube
The HSP Factory-Style Cold Side Tube is manufactured from 3-inch mandrel-bent tubing to increase airflow capacity compared to the restrictive factory piping.

Its smooth bends help reduce turbulence and maintain efficient airflow through the charge-air system, supporting improved throttle response, turbo spool-up, and overall engine performance.

2-Inch Replacement Up-Pipes
The HSP Replacement Up-Pipes are constructed from heavy-wall 304 stainless steel and feature sleeved bellows designed to withstand extreme exhaust temperatures, vibration, and repeated heat cycles.

These 2-inch up-pipes improve exhaust flow while addressing common factory up-pipe failure points. The included ceramic coating provides additional heat management and durability.

Factory Replacement Coolant Tank
The HSP Factory Replacement Coolant Tank replaces the factory plastic reservoir with a fully welded, all-metal tank. Unlike the factory tank, the HSP replacement is resistant to cracking, discoloration, and deterioration caused by years of engine bay heat.

The tank includes the required fittings, radiator cap, and low-coolant sensor. It is also available in multiple powder coat options to coordinate with the rest of the engine bay.

Cold Air Intake
The HSP Cold Air Intake features a 4.5-inch mandrel-bent intake tube designed to maximize airflow into the turbocharger. It is paired with HSP's high-flow seven-layer air filter and a custom heat shield that helps isolate the filter from engine bay heat.

The heat shield allows the intake to draw cooler outside air through the headlight bezel and factory fender opening. Dyno testing has shown gains of up to 20 horsepower and 58 lb-ft of torque, although results may vary depending on tuning and supporting modifications.
